AT the sixth-day event of the Amyotha Hluttaw yesterday, Deputy Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aye Kyaw replied to questions raised by U Tin Myo Zaw from the Magway Region Constituency 2 and Nang Woe Sein from the Shan State Constituency 12. He replied that as the allocated budget for providing electricity to Myinsaing Village of Magway Township is insufficient, only the construction of 3.51 miles of the 11 kV power line out of the total 5.2 miles of 11 kV power line, along with the installation of one 11/0.4 kV, 200 kVA transformer, can be included in the plan. The work, with an estimated cost of K496.351 million, will be implemented under the Regional Government Fund in the 2026-2027 financial year.
