1. The State of Emergency was declared in accord with Section 417 of the Constitution, and the legislative, executive and judicial powers of the State were handed over to the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services. In accordance with sub-section (b) of Section 418 of the Constitution, the members appointed with the approvals of respective Hluttaws were already suspended from their duties from the date of transfer of powers, and the new Union Election Commission was formed according to Section 419 of the Constitution.

Adding more members into Region/State Administration Council

The following persons are appointed as the members of the Anti-Corruption Commission in accordance with Article 419 of the State Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

U Tin Oo, Member of Union Civil Service Board, is transferred and appointed as Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission in accordance with Article 419 of the State Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The following persons are terminated from their duties from Anti-Corruption Commission.
