​​​​​​​The closing ceremonies of the Certificate Course in Basic Diplomatic Skills 46/2024 conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were held simultaneously on 13 December 2024 at the Lawkanat Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Nay Pyi Taw) and at the Winzinminyarzar Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Yangon) respectively. Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Lwin Oo delivered the closing remarks in Yangon. Present at the occasions were the permanent secretary, directors-general and other responsible officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, retired Myanmar ambassadors, senior diplomats, professors, lecturers, and trainees.
