Authorities have continued dismantling illegal buildings used for online fraud and illegal gambling activities in Shwe Kokko, according to official reports.

The government said joint departmental teams are carrying out demolition work in the Shwe Kokko and KK Park areas to prevent the continued use of illegal structures for online scam operations. Equipment used in such activities has also been systematically destroyed, and the illegal buildings are being completely demolished.

During the latest phase of the crackdown, authorities used heavy machinery to demolish a nine-storey residential building serving as an online scam hub. The structure is among 77 target locations slated for removal, which include 57 earmarked for heavy machinery demolition and 20 designated for explosive demolition.

Officials said 68 buildings have been demolished so far. The remaining nine illegal structures will be dismantled in the next phase.
